Transitional Justice in Syria: For Truth

The 1980s can be considered that decade which witness the most violations of human rights in Syria, the widening of penalty death without a fair trial, the spread of enforced disappearance of a large number of politicians and activists, and the issuance of unfair sentences against the political detainees which are not in conformity with the minimum international norms of the principle of fair trials.
